From the moment we walked into WE Houston, my daughter felt welcome and supported. The fees were clear and fair. Classes were varied and plentiful. WE's coaches are fantastic. It is not an exaggeration to say that they changed my daughter's life profoundly. Bad coaches are famous, but wonderful coaches don't get nearly enough press. These coaches built my daughter's skills and confidence, and she's not the same kid who walked in on the first day. Great coaching, TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve called numerous times with a voicemail and they’ve been left unanswered, along with my emails. If you register for a class, canceling it is a nightmare.
