Stay away from this company. I purchased a new home in the plantation woods community in Milton, Fl and it is terrible quality. The company made us jump through hoops to get financed and they gave us a home that was in poor condition. Some of the appliances were jacked up and the home is a furnace due to the poor insulation and air flow. The guys that they send out to do the work orders are questionable on their experience.
