This bank closed my account for "inactivity" even though I was doing account transactions several times per month. When I called to find out why, I was told that Woodlands Bank does not consider online banking to be "activity". If a customer does not do a transaction at one of the bank's physical locations for a period of time, then the account will be closed. Really!? This is the 21st century, people do online banking now! Zero Stars!!
