Don’t even bother with this complex. I submitted an application BEFORE seeing the egregious reviews and became disappointed, so I decided not to follow through with the process. I immediately submitted a claim with my bank to get a head start on resolving issue. I also called the complex the morning after submitting the application the night before to notify them of my disinterest. Mind you, this all took place PRIOR to them processing my application. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! YOU’ll WANT TO GET STRESS I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. I moved in three months ago, and my dryer has had three major problems. I requested maintenance, but they didn’t show up for a week. I had to call them at least five times. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for a lot of hassle.
Honest review i lived in multiple apartment complexes in north Dallas and I can say this is by far one of the best ones in the area I really want to give them 5 stars but few tweaks here and there and they will get it from everyone not just me. I do want to mention that Munah and Benjamin are awesome :) My issues is that I had to follow up with maintenances so many times to get something done in the past and I heard the same issue from my neighbors, but they eventually get things fixed.
