We got married at The Woodlands on June 28, 2025, and it was truly everything we could’ve hoped for. The Woodlands team was so helpful, both during the planning process and on the wedding day. First things first, the wedding venue is beautiful. It’s truly a unique venue for Montana and I’m thankful for that. However, we paid eleven thousand dollars for NO HELP from the staff. They set up tables, left at 10am, and never helped us again. We left the place clean and beautiful and yet we were charged an extra 75 dollars for a third garbage can use. As a wedding photographer I am extra picky about venues…So trust me when I say that you will not regret having your wedding at the Woodlands! It is one of the only venues in Bozeman where you can get married surrounded by evergreen trees and the scent of pine while also enjoying rustic elegance and beautiful views! And it is a MUST see in the Fall!! The colors are breathtaking!
We had our wedding at this venue and its absolutely gorgeous! The team who manages it is top notch! They were very accommodating to all our request! 5 stars all day!
