The Medtechs did their jobs but housekeeping, CNAs and Administration was horrible. CNAs were rude to my mother and she was allowed out to smoke without an apron on yet she has dementia and COPD and wasn't supposed to be smoking in the first place. My mother is a Diabetic and kitchen didn't care what they fed her but at least I can say her medications were given right which is more than I can say for other places.
I worked here rather overworked here....cna's did more smoking outside than working.......don't send your parent there.....
