I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Woodlands Arthritis Clinic, specifically with Dr. Medina. I had high hopes going in, but unfortunately, my visit left me feeling unheard and uneasy. I had high hopes for this clinic, but sadly they rely solely on blood tests that have a high possiblity of being wrong instead of listening to the patient. I looked at my tests and I clearly had high inflamation but I was told I had no inflamation. I have to get up to go to the bathroom at night and I fall down because of my pain and my muscles not being awake or something, I have pain sitting, standing or lying down. Arrived with a swollen hand in extreme pain due to arthritis, sent me for x-rays and other tests. Was told to come back in 2 weeks. Went to my primary next day and they prescribed anti inflamatories. No pain after that. That's all Woodlands Arthritis needed to do instead of making me suffer for 2 weeks, then milk me for more visits. Lousy attitudes in front office.
