I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Woodlands Anesthesia Associates. I never received an initial bill, yet I was contacted by a debt collector regarding a payment the company claims I owe. The contact phone number listed online does not work, making it impossible to reach anyone for clarification. They practice surprise billing even though they say they don't. The entire procedure was in-network except for the anesthesiologist. Impossible to speak with a human. You can only leave voicemail. They wont' call you back. There is no email for a contact either. Will never go back to their facility.
