Not surprisingly, his rules don't apply to his friends, that he spends a lot of his day with, out in the hall visiting. But are his "Rules" in print anywhere? NO and they should be.
Weekdays in the morning Kim is on duty and whether you're a new customer or an established member, she is always welcoming, helpful and cordial. She will always go above and beyond for everyone. (5 Stars for her) Weekdays after Kim's shift, Jennifer is on. She is an expert at doing as little as possible. Don't expect much. She never cleans up the place, like all the others do, just sits in the office. Kim's been replaced by Nancy.
