Heard of this place through some friends and checked it out. Felt very cared for. Angelia is absolutely awesome. She was running around all over the place working but was still very attentive of me. Made me want to come back with service like that.
The staff who answers phones etc, her name is Bobbie, need to have better customer service skills and empathy. She was so nasty and rude, started yelling and talking over me, I was in the middle of a crisis and needed my medications fixed. She made me feel so worse, I got off the phone in tears due to how nasty she was to me. Patients go to dr offices to get help for xyz, we don't need someone having a bad day or morning to gaslight their patients. Stay away from this place, I will be finding a different dr office to go to. ... read more
The doctors are great! Denise is a awesome doctor and really listens and cares. But I've been waiting on the women up front to get my referrals straightened out and they keep telling me they have sent them but no one has received them yet. So when I call they don't seem to care.
He's the best! He takes time to listen and really cares about your health! ❤ J. & K. Gross
