My family and I were very disappointed in this facility. The staff was unprofessional and rude. The nurses ask "What do you want" (and not in a caring way), instead of "How may I help you". The care my mother received was poor to say the least. The resident in the other half of the room was not turned by the staff at all during the 6 hours we were there. Food was brought but sat covered and out of reach. No water was offered. She had a diaper on and at the end of the shift the 2 assistants asked her if she was wet. She repli... read more
