While first coming to Woodland Villa Apartments, we met Analise, and she was extremely nice and excited to have us there. We toured a beautiful apartment, and applied that day! The apartment hall smelled nice and the community washing machine area was clean! You can tell they care about the apartments! They made the application process quick and easy, and we were approved within a day! I am excited to move in! The hospitality has been very nice and they have answered all of our questions! I cant wait to move in!
Terrible place to live trash always on the ground and mail room and a trail of trash juice always on the hallway. Every single outlet in our apartment barely works and if you breathe on the cord it will go off and you have to jiggle it. Plugging things in sometimes has sparks and yet when we mentioned it we were told they checked the outlets and they were fine. Leasing office doesn’t respond when dealing with these issues and yet will say they were dealt with when asked later in call/person yet it will still be there. The pa... read more
Eneliz is amazing!! She was so helpful during my tour and made sure we left with everything we needed to make our final decision .
Toured the community with Enelize she was so awesome and very attentive to what I was looking for. The community looked very nice and well kept🙂. I look forward to applying with the community soon!
