Very disappointed with the experience at True Value in Woodland. I came in for a purchase that was only around $20, but my card was accidentally charged $18,000 due to a mistake from the store clerk at checkout. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was an extremely serious error that tied up a large amount of my available credit and caused unnecessary stress.
