My husband and I visited this store this morning, and the experience was horrible. One of the employees approached us and asked, "Do you need help?" We replied, "No, we're fine." To me, this seemed like a normal interaction at first; however, she never walked away from us. She asked "Do you need help?" about four times, and each time she asked, we answered, "No, we're fine—we're just browsing." Yet, she never stopped following us until we finally left the store. I went to the UPS pick-up point inside this store for the first time, and it was an awful experience. My tracking clearly showed that my package was at this location, but the staff claimed they didn’t have it. Mistakes happen — but what made it worse was the attitude of the two women working there. They were extremely rude, constantly talking over me, and giving me “smart” remarks instead of actually helping. Decent and friendly people, but don't take responsibility for faulty products. I got a wagon, was using it for camping and the wheel popped 1 day into using it. When I attempted to return, they said "they usually don't return wagons". I got this to help me carry things from point A-B, and wound up having to carry everything.
