I may be wrong but in my opinion, the purpose in using a title company is to reduce errors on high dollar transactions. My question is: How BIG does the transaction amount have to be to warrant proof-reading by this Woodland Title & Escrow? My transaction was over $300,000 and they misspelled the first name of the other person on the deed and, although they did spell my first name correctly, they gave me the wrong last name… over and over and over. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be flawless.
Needed a paper notarized and the young lady (who bought the nice table chairs) was wonderful. And did this no charge!
Sasha and her team are professional, through, and fast. They make the title portion of homebuying a snap and flawless through the eyes of the consumer. I would recommend her services to anyone that needs them.
