The Experience we had with Woodlands Stair and Rail was at first Great, Then turned to a disaster. They Installed Our Stair case and as he left told me it had a life time warranty! over the next couple days i started realizing a lot wrong with the stair case. included our hand rail bowed by several inches outward and our Post also non leveled. with wrought iron Rods which are all loose.
