By far the best RV service center I have ever visited. The were so helpful. I worked with Shane and even after buying the required parts he texted me and gave advice and assisted even after the sale. The level of customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend you visit them for any RV needs.

I called and talked to Shane. I did not have a part number or model number. I sent him a picture of what I needed and he found what I needed and I made the 20-minute drive and bought it. Was very happy with a quick service and thank you
Shane was extremely helpful with our quest of items to fix up a 2009 travel trailer. We bought what we needed to fix the awning connector to the trailer, he also showed us other parts we may want in the future. Very friendly and helpful 😀
We blew a tire on our double-axel Keystone Hideout Trailer a few miles south of Tawas. We were on our way to camp in Harrisville for a week. The steel belt from the tire was wrapped around the rim. What a mess! We limped it in to town and we were surprised to see Rose City RV was open on a Sunday. Molly was awesome! She was able to get us back on the road within an hour or so! Fantastic service! Thank you!
