DO NOT MOVE HERE! Every month the rent was a different amount with no logical explanations. The complex was unsafe to the point where you COULD NOT leave at night or leave ANYTHING unlocked. MULTIPLE car break-ins and no help or show of concern from the management. The worst complex I have EVER lived to this day.
Ratz...no 0 star option...there's several of these by different names run by one company...what I saw done to some tenants in evictions breaks my heart. Business first is not a nice thing.
