Rented a house from them and they went above and beyond as far as service goes. The fishing was a little slow, but nobody can control when the bite is on. I'm definitely coming back.
I only used the daily access to Creel Bay for ice fishing and did not stay in a room at the resort. Despite this, the service was awesome! A young guy named Levi behind the desk pointed me in the right direction for the evening bite. Super friendly guy and gave me tons of pointers. That night like clockwork we struck gold with lots of eater walleye and perch!
