For a facility that deals with people suffering from mental illness, they seem to have no understanding of the importance of good communication. I have participated in 2 studies, one to completion, and the other partially through the 6-hour screening (after being told I qualified for the study.) During both studies, there was a lot of confusion over missing paperwork, study requirements, proper procedures, tablets not functioning, etc. After the screening, I repeatedly left email and phone messages regarding the next steps. ... read more
50/50 review. They pay money , but I was touched inappropriately at the facility and after the second time I told staff then I talked to the psychiatrists and they reiterated how serious they take it. But then the staff started making jokes about it during the shift change the same day.
Well, even if they didn't decide, I was right for the study. Generally speaking, research companies inform applicants that they were not chosen. It's a professional courtesy. I heard nothing back from them. Seemed very disorganized when screening
I tried to give no stars. My name is Jessie Jones and I just got off the phone with a recruiter. I'm a 41 yr old black make dealing with schizophrenia. People or color funny even waist your time. They ghosted me for about two weeks after my scheduled screening that never happened. When I finally called back they said I didn't qualify. The lady time I screened was over two years ago so hour you know I didn't qualify. Completely waist off time. The recruiter name is either Ally or Amy. Just a heads up to color people
