Let's see, the director curses you out on the phone and yells at you. There's zero support staff. In fact, you will be treated like a disease. There's zero compassion or knowledge of how to work with people with mental health issues. They will be verbally abusive. There's bacterial and fungal skin infections going around that place. Not just one client caught it. They choose the dermatologist so it looks like you came in with it when in fact you did not. Go to Pilar. Go anywhere but here. For a facility that deals with people suffering from mental illness, they seem to have no understanding of the importance of good communication. I have participated in 2 studies, one to completion, and the other partially through the 6-hour screening (after being told I qualified for the study.) During both studies, there was a lot of confusion over missing paperwork, study requirements, proper procedures, tablets not functioning, etc. After the screening, I repeatedly left email and phone messages regarding the next steps. ... read more

50/50 review. They pay money , but I was touched inappropriately at the facility and after the second time I told staff then I talked to the psychiatrists and they reiterated how serious they take it. But then the staff started making jokes about it during the shift change the same day.
