genuinely the worst communication i’ve ever had from a healthcare center. ridiculous.
Tried for 7 days to get someone to answer the phone. Wait 25 minutes on hold then hangs up. Will report this to the Medical Board. This isn't healthcare it's a company and poorly run business.
Dr. Kuten is a gem. He's kind, and patient. Love that he explains things to me in a language that I understand. He takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. The staff is awesome. When I enter the clinic they have smiles on their faces. This brightens my day. I would be devastated if I had to switch doctors.
Everyone from St.Luke’s who had a part in my care was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Communication was exceptional! I highly recommend St. Luke’s.
