Unsatisfactory service. Unfortunatly, the staff (aside from the experienced store manager) is extremly un-knowledgable, thier instruments are second rate and over priced, and thier service takes an exponentialy long time. I have gone in many times over a years period of time asking for a single string replacement and have had to wait a period of TWO MONTHS EVERY TIME.
