Update 7/15: It’s an extremely poor business practice that I had to leave a 1-star review to get anyone to respond to this issue & now I’m expected to call them back again when they have my contact Info. I emailed & called on 6/14, 6/18, & 7/3 with no follow up, call back, or resolution. Woodland arranged to move all my household belongings from West Hartford, CT to Chicago, IL. The sales guys, first Bob Hebb and then Chris Whittaker, were cordial, informative, and responsive. They walked us through the process, gave accurate estimates, and answered all our questions. The packing team (Ashley, Graciela, and Anyelica) worked quickly, quietly, and competently.
