Lupita was the lady that was brokering our mobile home to us felt like she was working for the buyers. It was a complete disaster. She even turned down help from Aryanna a experienced and wonderful lady from another Yes community in Sevierville. Aryanna helped us buy this trailer originally. Stay away from Woodland.
Raises lot rent so much it cost more than actual rent to own payments. For literally no land, and you have to mow it and upkeep yourself. HE (Peter/Pedro or whoever he sends) GOES IN YOUR HOME WHEN YOU ARENT HOME EVEN IF THEY CLAIM THEY DONT. So, Change your locks probably. If you are late you're gonna get charged extra fee after extra fee. They can be very rude but smile in your face about it. Theyve tried to take advantage of young and old.
