This job was really a dump and leave, really 3. I did exactly what I came to do. The lots were pretty good and flat. Really just dumped my load on her pretty quickly and left. The trailer park people watching me were friendly enough. But I don't have time to lose my $ socializing with anyone I really don't know. Revised 2024... The greed and uncompassionate way they are telling long time rental residents to buy or get out is astonishing. Don't come here, the pool area sits dead wide open next to a trucking school. And they cut down all the beautiful trees for shade years ago. Held a lease here for about 8 yrs with no issues a d was even praised that the home always looked like the day we moved in. But greed is the bottom line. Buy it or get out. I would give them not stars but I can't. Don't come and live here. You can't have any friends over they will come and tow your car. And you go and complain they will send you to hell and there's no way to get your money back. Rent goes up every year for at least $50 and they don't make any upgrades to anything they just charge you.
