Been living here for 4 years now and don’t have many complaints aside from the creaky floors that i can hear from the apartment above me when people walk around, and the rooms and kitchen are a bit on the smaller side. Also, I would love if they would re-mulch and maintain the dog park more often than they do. Aside from that, the whole property is very well maintained and maintenance is always super responsive. Plenty of space to walk my dogs which is nice.
My ac is still not fixed….. waited since Monday today is Thursday. They came and changed the thermostat but that didn’t fix anything.
If the rating only had a zero...I got a final application letter in the mail...I called twice before the 7 days of the post date on the letter to make an appointment to see the apartment....when you leave a message it goes to an email...I left a message with my email...the second call I left my phone number no one contacted me back...now I get a withdrawal letter because I didn't send in my application in time...last time I checked you were supposed to make an appointment to see the apartment FIRST before deciding if you lik... read more
