Great place to live!
Buildings are old, whether they are renovated or not you can hear your neighbors talk and stomp around. I asked to move into a new unit due to my upstairs neighbors being so loud and management told me they've received numerous complaints about them but are not sure how they want to handle it.... The owners only care about renting out the apartments and not their tenets. As I was moving into the new unit there were human feces in the toilet, amongst other things wrong. We have been living here since 1.5 years and tbh i love living here. Everything is just perfect. Location , ambiance , apartments , maintenance. But the only thing that i found very strange is for some reason we wanted to move to a first floor apartment and when we talked to faculty they said that they have renovated the apartments and they have increased the rents now. It would be good if there was any concession for the tenants who are already living but the new rent is same for everyone which is the only factor i will hav... read more
