Friendly helpful folks, accepted my insurance & very clear up front regarding my out of pocket costs for services. Jack did a great job cleaning my teeth and documenting issues that he saw. Dentist came in and all issues were discussed with 3 of us along with corrective actions. Next before paying out, we went over cost of the corrective actions & what insurance would cover vs out of pocket!! Best service I’ve ever had from a dental/dentist office!
Let me be clear, I have a dentist phobia. So I had abscess in my front tooth. I was scared, bad anxiety. Dr Polo and his crew were amazing and they helped me while Dr Polo removed the tooth that was fractured. I was impressed the office clean and welcoming.
I have always been treated so well here , the staff are so professional and friendly, they resolved any concerns or questions I may have . Dr Polo has always explained everything he going to do and puts me at ease. A happy customer.
Our family had a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere is spotless and the entire staff is incredibly polite and respectful.
