The guy at the front desk wasn't rude but he seemed irritated that I interrupted him by checking in. Also, you're not allowed visitors unless you pay $10 per visitor even if they're there for only 5 minutes.
The woman working the front was extremely rude and dishonest. I paid for 2 nights via 3rd party website and she tried to say I had to leave the room at 11 AM after the first night and come back to the SAME room at 3 PM to check in again since I booked 3rd party and didn't pay the expensive rate that the hotel offered at the desk. I've traveled this country coast to coast for the past decade as a business owner and know that obviously isn't how things work. We found this hotel recently & it is close to our job when we’re in the area.. It is extremely clean, very well maintained.. Highly recommend
Im not sure if she the owner or not but i believe SHE made a new rule ( have to pay deposit down $50). Ive been coming here for nearly 5 months & had to pay for the room & the deposit sooo it was 245 in total i had to pay & yes you can get your deposit back but anyways i believe theyll will play you got your $. Very clean and nice place to stay at an affordable price. My kids and I had to stay for 10 days due to power outage in our area. Rooms are ample with big screen TV. Front desk manager is really nice and friendly. He is legit and honest. He will not take advantage of you like other people do from other places. We had a peaceful stay. I will return and recommend this place. Thank you.!! Mr Manager. You were awesome.
