Perfect for a quick shower before a flight! We made a super fast stop here just to shower before catching our flight at DFW. It cost $40 USD for 3 people, which we found totally worth it and reasonable. Just sharing our quick shower experience for anyone looking to do the same!
The young woman at the front desk is rude. There is no manager on site. They messed up our reservations and are not willing to try to help us. And now to make things better, the electricity went off in the whole hotel.This is our last La Quinta and we have stayed at many and had great experiences.
The woman working the front was extremely rude and dishonest. I paid for 2 nights via 3rd party website and she tried to say I had to leave the room at 11 AM after the first night and come back to the SAME room at 3 PM to check in again since I booked 3rd party and didn't pay the expensive rate that the hotel offered at the desk. I've traveled this country coast to coast for the past decade as a business owner and know that obviously isn't how things work. The guy at the front desk wasn't rude but he seemed irritated that I interrupted him by checking in. Also, you're not allowed visitors unless you pay $10 per visitor even if they're there for only 5 minutes.
Very clean and nice place to stay at an affordable price. My kids and I had to stay for 10 days due to power outage in our area. Rooms are ample with big screen TV. Front desk manager is really nice and friendly. He is legit and honest. He will not take advantage of you like other people do from other places. We had a peaceful stay. I will return and recommend this place. Thank you.!! Mr Manager. You were awesome.
