Updated Review: I’m updating my review and rating. When we moved into our Woodland Homes house in December 2022, we had several problems, including a serious mold issue. It was frustrating, and the fixes took longer than expected. However, even after the warranty ended, Woodland Homes came back and resolved everything, including the mold issue. We appreciate that they took responsibility and followed through. In the end, everything worked out, and we’re thankful the issues were finally taken care of.
These homes are not worth the asking price. We have been asking for repairs since October 2023. We have been ignored for the most part. Woodland Homes representative has emailed a contractor will be out to fixed the problem. No contractor has been here. I continued to request woodlands homes repair their slipshod work. The majority of the personnel we are dealing with, from beginning to now are not honest people. If you are in the market for a new home, look at Jeff Benton Homes before buying here. In late December 2022, my family and I moved into a Woodland Homes home. Unfortunately, our experience was unsatisfactory. According to the warranty, we reported various difficulties in the first year and are still waiting for them to be fixed in 2024. Mold has made a room useless since April last year, which is a major issue. This has caused us great inconvenience and health issues. Woodland Homes' slow reaction and resolution have been annoying.
