It was the easiest procedure I was able to do , Luis was so helpful through the whole process !!! & the ladies in the front so friendly and helpful!! Overall staff is amazing !! I highly recommend if you are claustrophobic they are open MRI
I can't believe the equipment used in this facility. The equipment looked like it was a 1950s old, x-ray machine, used in a third world country. Though I was given a lead apron to protect my abdomen, they had nothing to protect my thyroid from the x-ray. It was laughable. Some of the staff were not professional, i.e., arguing loudly on the phone. An overall disagreeable experience. I will never return.

Extremely disappointed with the conduct of the radiologist owner. He was rude and impatient not only with me, but also with my doctor during a professional conversation regarding a patient. He was supposed to collaborate and communicate important information, but instead came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. In healthcare, respectful communication between providers is essential for quality patient care — unfortunately, that was not demonstrated here.
