I would rate this complex that I live in as a zero if I could, but unfortunately I can’t. You can now have dumpsters in front of your building, taking up parking spots but you’re not allowed to have your own spot. Not to mention the landslide and lawsuits currently going on due to the fault of Sanitation district I am now unable to sell my condo. It’s a shame. Five years ago this place was great.
