I pay you thousands of dollars for the right to give you rent money for 7 years before I can think of moving the home I just "purchased" from you? And if I don't pay the "lot rent" (which you also reserve the right to arbitrarily raise) you reserve the right to kick me out of the home I "own". What a nice racket you got going there. EDIT: I asked to purchase a home from you outright in cash and you refused. It seems you *wanted* to bleed people for lot rent+and payments on the mobile home itself.
Driving through this area is a nightmare as a delivery driver, I can only imagine what the people living here have to deal with. The roadways in the trailer park could use some TLC.
