Our floors now look brand new thanks to Primes Team. From start to finish, they cover area's to keep dust to a minimum and clean-up. Extremely professional and communicative. I Love getting it done right the FIRST TIME!
Decent work but overcharged
Kobi, David, and crew were fantastic to work with. We couldn't be happier with our refinished floors and new wood floors to match. We had a tight timeline, and Prime hardwood floors showed up the next business day to make it happen. Their pricing was competitive, communication thorough and responsive, and end results of their work exceeded our expectations. Wanted a raw wood look for my old red oak floors and had to really poke around to find the right company to do it - the other 2 offered something similar but not exact. David suggested a few options and Loba invisible ended up being the perfect one for us (not an option that was given by other companies). It was also amazing that their bid was the lowest one of 3! Overall I am thrilled with my experience.
