Amazing!!! Best place ever!!! Living here. Only a few things it needs… Parking is a little tight at night when you come home after 10pm and the place needs a pool!! The apartments are neat and clean and perfect to suit your needs. Five stars to the groundskeepers for keeping the place perfectly clean. Maintenance and facility guys are Quick to fix anything that gets broke. Five stars to those guys too. The clubhouse is amazing with a pool table and a gym and the Beautiful fireplace. You should be ashamed of yourselves not renting to a military member and a graduate of the school that sits directly across the street. Hershey you are not, so stop trying to fit in with the upper class. Just so you know, I don't have you confused with another community and I wasn't the applicant to your property. Perhaps you should think about replying with an accurate response.
We had a good 2 years here. Unfortunately if you’re a young family looking to move on to a bigger place and you decline the renewal offer right away stating you’re moving out at the end of your lease you will get charged almost $1000 unexpectedly a month before you move out. Even though they knew you weren’t renewing 3 months ahead of time. They are great while you’re there but once they see you don’t accept their offer they will make you pay for it in the end.
