The service was a nightmare. They promised a simple repair but turned it into an all-day headache. The technician kept leaving to “get parts” and in the end my system was still broken. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Customer service was rude when I asked for a refund. I wouldn’t trust them with even the smallest HVAC repair ever again.
