We made an appointment for them to come out to our property to estimate putting in an air conditioner. They confirmed with a text message; in that same message, they indicated they would send a notification the day before the appointment. We called the day before the appointment and they said they'd call back. They did not return our call nor did they call to reschedule. Absolutely disappointing.
