They only want your money! The management never responds to your messages or voice mail unless they want money from you. The manager Christina G. knows of people out here that has two dogs and is not charging them for the dogs and one of the dogs are not allowed in the community the only reason she is letting them keep the dogs free of charge is because she is best friends with the one person. This place is a joke. They only care about money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Management it TERRIBLE. They do not respond to messages and hardly ever answer the phone.
25 years there and this new company who bought it managed to get me to leave. Of course it's called a mobile home. So I bought some land and took my mobile home out of there! You want to live someplace where you can have NOTHING in your yard or on your porch? Move there! Trying to be a HOA Mobile home court! LMAO!
They do not care about the people only about moving out the elderly and handicapped, so they can make that money on the new trailers. It is so sad that people have lost compassion for o e another that money is all that matters anymore.
