This is a slumlord park they do nothing but raise rents 1 pool 400 plus lots a 1000 a month resent that escalates every single year has no ammenities the streets are shit and so is the infrastructure they are constantly blowing up electrical pedestals and causing damages and loss of time to tenants and they’re reall taking no responsibility in it.
