Mama has had wonderful care.
Staff very friendly. Helpful in answering questions. Good with patients’ and families’ requests. Rehab very motivating for their patients.
This a good nursing home staff is very helpful for my family member. They always inform me any problems and concerns.
Pros: Lauren in admissions was very kind and helpful. She was communicative and worked with me to get my mom in the facility quickly. The food was pretty good and a few people, such as CNA Emma, CNA Michael, and Lauren in admissions were very sweet and helpful with my mom. Emma was a gift from God and would even help me wheel her out and get her in my vehicle for medical appointments. She even lent my mom money to get her hair washed one day.
