I'll never go back to Woodland Heights. The ER was great, The nursing care was good. But, the Hospitalist was not very compassionate and discharged me to Early. Didn't run further test for a very serious condition. In fact. 1 day after discharged. I was admitted to another hospital and get a necessary procedure done tomorrow.. So, this was my first experience and going to be my last,
I had wonderful care and a great experience with my outpatient procedure today. Thank you for making me feel like your only patient, even though I know I wasn’t.
All team members were friendly and helpful.
