Entry ways and hall ways aren’t clean as they should be. Elevators never clean or not working. Back entry ways are horribly dirty.
The staff at Woodland Heights were professional and caring! Beth Ann was always available and communicated with us at anytime and she was so personable it was like having a friend through a time that was stressful. We are still working toward a plan for our parents and I am hopeful it will be Woodland Heights for their care!! Thank you all again!

I am so impressed and delighted with Woodland Heights. The facility has extremely attentive caregivers and nurses and the admin staff is most helpful and thorough in meeting our needs. The facility is so well maintained and always smells so nice. You can tell the residents love being there and are continually stimulated with fun and interesting activities. Thirty-three years ago, my wife and I moved to a small city to begin new jobs and a new life. We moved into our modest home with great enthusiasm ready for the new opportunities and challenges that would face us.
