Although my Mother hasn't moved in yet, the folks at Woodland Heights (especially Beth Ann Patterson) have been absolutely great to work with over the last few weeks. The paperwork has been straightforward, the apartment and view are both very nice, getting access to move in furniture was a breeze, the services/food plan offered for the monthly rent seem good, and everyone seems extremely friendly. I am looking forward to my Mother moving in and enjoying herself.
The team at Woodland Heights is so supportive of the residents and families. They truly care about the people in their community and the staff are very kind and personable.
After my dad died in 2019, my brother and I looked at several places to decide where to move our mom. We liked what we saw at Woodland Heights, and it fit within her retirement budget, so we moved her in. She loved it.
