Amazing guy that works with you and very prompt when called. Helped us out when times were bad and got us up and running fast. Highly recommended
Competitors were going to charge over 1000. Woodland charged use 550. Amazing difference. Honest which when you know nothing about heating systems is essential in a business. They were fast, friendly and we are warm and toasty with more money in our pocket.
Pat responded immediately on a weekend when my furnance went out during one of the coldest weekends. He was responsive and quick to fix the major issues we had in which we had not realize had occurred from the previous heating company we hired. Worst heating contractor ever! Spent over $45,000 on the HVAC system and in floor heat in our new house. Nothing but problems over the last 6 to 9 months. Temps very from room to room by up to 5 degrees! This company wont even return our calls! We have to call him from different numbers to even get him to answer the phone. Then he says he's coming this day at this time and never shows up. I have had to call American standard to file a complaint about this company. We are also now talking to our lawyer to deal with him.
