A real 40's era travel trailer park. A great place to legally and affordable reside in a camper/conversion in southern California. A bit of yard &/or garden area & a parking space. Feral felines can be an issue, as well as the occasionally yappy little lap dogs, but there are many peaceful moments to enjoy.
