Bought an F-150 from Carmax. My truck was making some concerning noises and thumping on takeoff. I was pretty concerned it was an issue with the transmission or the rear end. Made an appointment with the service guys at Woodland Ford. Great experience. The service advisor was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sophie, my service advisor was friendly, professional, and prompt. Reggie, was also great with keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had some warranty work done and utilized the concierge valet option. Super convenient if you don't have time to drop off and pick up your vehicle yourself, they'll pick up and drop it back off to you. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Woodland Ford.
