I called to get a price on a synthetic blend works oil change @ 129.99, normally I take my vehicle to the Ford where I had purchased it Folsom Ford, Woodland Ford is closer & was attempting to be a regular maintenance customer there. I call and asked if they would honor a $10 off coupon from another Ford Dealership and was told no. Over a $10 coupon they could have had a maintenance customer for the next several years... Now I understand why this Dealer Service Reviews are dismal!
Apparently their hourly service rate is $250? My mother took her truck in for an intermittent transmission issue, and they were unable to fix it, or even diagnose it, after two hours, which didn't stop them from charging her $500. The manager explained it by saying that the work had been done by a recent trainee, which as far as I'm concerned doesn't really justify it or inspire confidence for future work at this shop.
$460 to change a $57 “Exhaust Pressure Sensor” and it didn’t fix the problem. Still check engine light and the Limp Mode light on.
Had an awesome time working with Ranjit on our vehicles recently. Woodland Ford Service always goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend them and their work. We had issues with our new F150 and were down a work vehicle. Ranjit helped us not only get our vehicle back, but offered the best customer service during that period.
