The doctors are kind and attentive. The front desk staff is professional, courteous, and efficient with scheduling. I’d like to specifically recognize Kennedie for her dependability; she followed up quickly and provided my medical paperwork in record time.
Took the day off for a doctor appointment. Come in on time only to find it's cancelled. Don't bother coming here.
Dr Bergstrom listens and answers. Though she is busy I never feel rushed. Thorough with testing and getting answers. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and always have a warm smile to brighten my day!
I wanted to like this clinic. Honestly, I tried. It was not just one thing, it was multiple.. But the #1 issue for me was that they will never call you back if you leave a voicemail. I had left a few during my year here. Not once did anyone return a call. The only way you can continue contacting them once you’re in the door is through the portal. I’m not sure why there’s a voicemail option if voicemails are complete disregarded.
