I had an appointment at 2 for a root canal and after being ignored for an hour and thirty five minutes the doctor comes in and says no root canal today. I had mentioned that the tooth was bothering me but proceeded to work on a crown that he left unfinished. I am in so much pain and regret coming here. If you're thinking about coming here please reconsider
The female Indian doctor here said I needed a deep cleaning and some fillings. She told me that in order for it to be done I needed to pay 600 dollars for medicine she needed to put on after deep cleaning. I asked from my initial consultation that if I didn’t have to get this that I didn’t want it because I could not afford it. If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the absolute WORST dental office out there! They charged my insurances for work they either did NOT do or work they butchered! I have now been trying for a year to receive my dental records from them to go to another dentist only for them to refuse to give me my records. I have left dozens of messages, emails, wrote letters and mailed them there, etc. Nothing. I had four crowns done by them and none fit properly, two of the four are damaged and he drilled actual holes in my health... read more
I was in town for work and chipped my front tooth. I called them and they got me in same day, did a temporary crown and scheduled me for the permanent. Very nice staff and a pleasant experience.
I went in for a deep cleaning, and one staff member told me I needed 6 fillings. Then another said 4. When Dr. Nikhil came in, he said I only needed 2. When I brought up the inconsistencies to the doctor, he became visibly upset and performed the deep cleaning in an overly aggressive manner. I will not be returning to this doctor.
