In my experience, I was very disappointed in that being subsidized housing which means applicants will wait years for approval, they do not vet either all or some of their applicants. Leslie, I'll call her that had already finished making restitution to CT for violating welfare law. In addition she is keeping 3 cats although the establishment was told she has only one.
