1) Need a garage so we don't fall & break a hip 2) No more than steps to get into the house for any senior is ideal 3) No sheltered entrance during inclement weather 4) Too partitioned; Not open concept with no flow 5) Option for 2BR 2Baths? 6) Seniors shrink as they age; Too many upper kitchen cabinets & not enough lower ones 7) No island outlet 8) Unable to tell which room on the video tour was the LR.

Woodland Estates is a wonderful community, with beautiful homes in a country setting. It has access to all the amenities that a city provides and the comfort of country living.
