We live in Oakridge and the reason is because that we liked the older trees. They are tall and shady, well established. They make the park feel more like a real neighborhood and less like a moble home park. The management seems easy to work with and tries to have fun things for the kids to do. People in general have better yards here that in other area parks. We live in the back where it is very quiet and have great neighbors.

I Lived in this community for a little over a year. Worst mistake I have ever made. In that year I had NOTHING but problems. Teenagers hanging out in the streets doing drugs, Yelling & Screaming All Night Long, My neighbors beating the crap out of each other almost every night, my house constantly vandalised, a vehicle stolen, and my children were bullied in Monroe Middle School & Monroe High School. My dogs were constantly standing guard at my windows, and my children begged & begged to not live there anymore. I looked into... read more

This used to be a good park, now you have all kinds of drama and it all stems from the front office. They gossip about people who live here to there "employees" who volunteer here. If they got rid of the front office people and hired new people would want to live here. I have watched not one, not two but three houses being moved out of here in the past month. It s a place to live. Loud music, children screaming and running through your yard, constantly changing management, bills are constantly wrong. When I moved in the house was dirty and full of roaches I was told there would be new carpet, linoleum and a dishwasher. none were true. Started out with long list of things that needed to be fixed. Nothing ever was. Moved here for work from out of state sight unseen = big mistake. After one year rent and ut ilities raised. Finally moved out paying less rent for a way better place.
