I have lived here since December 2014. I love it here. Everyone is friendly and always waves hello when you drive by. The office staff is always helpful. Please do not rate this park by the past (old) reviews. There are new playgrounds and equipment. Come on by and see for yourself.
This place does horrible business, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They change policies without notice to evict you whenever they desire. They also will try to charge you for damages that you did not enflict on the property as soon as you move out. We personally were not given the right to perform a walk thru with the property manager to go over any potential damage and talk about those. You will have to go to court to argue all of these facts. The park is run by a lady who hardly ever shows up , This is Mike I live in the park use to hang out and go to lunch on a daily basis , I haven t paid lot rent at this park since april How is that ? Well she needed money to pay a phone bill back in april I loaned her 500\$ which she was suppose to pay 100\$ week until it got paid well she paid one hundred and then the following week right before may she wanted to work out a deal , She says i ll give you free lot rent if you don t make me pay the rest , I asked for how long s... read more

if you want to pay high rent for a lot that is not worth it a community that dosnt take care of the people that live there. dosnt plow their streets in the winter, only upgrades 1 park and their office rather then their lots. no pool and is not willing to make payment arangmennts if you get behind on rent. then this is the place for you.
Sherry, you obviously do not know the whole story by no means! This is slander what you have put on here and I tend to take it that far as well. I printed off what was put on here and will go forward with what I need to do as far as you slandering me.
As far as trailer parks are concerned, it s on par with most. You have your dirt ball manager that thinks they are God of the trailer park and leaves notices on your door for God knows what, complaining about something you have no clue to what she s talking about. They have rules stating that dogs can t be over a certain size and they shouldn t be chained up, but right now, as I write this, there is a large golden retriever barking it s fool head off while it s chained to their trailer. The service is excellent. No where have I lived and service been this good. I had a problem with my Dishwasher....the next Day Curt was there to repair it. My mailbox key stopped working.....Phil came out oiled the lock and boom it was fixed. I needed help faxing information to my Doctor....Gracie Did it even while she was working with other people. Not a day goes by that I don t see James going around inspecting things.
