The management here is AWFUL! They will tell you one thing, then do another. They will come in every three months to do inspections that are just an excuse to be nosy and try and kick people out for any little thing. They will come in your house and change your locks and not leave so much as a note on your door as notice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Love it here. People and management is nice. There is a alot of room for kids to play. Nice big lots and great housing.
I had issues finding a place to live because of my lack of credit history and I called her and got right in. I am so glad that she gave us a chance and we love our home. It is a nice and safe quiet neighborhood with big lots. My daughters love the book exchange by the office. I have never had a problem here! (:
Nice, Clean , Quiet , Safe. Maintenance is always right on top of things so is the manager. She is very reasonable. Nothing bad to say about this place.
Well it was a very nice community until the new management Karen took over now it has gone all to hell sorry for the language but that is the truth her son races up and don the road withy the company truck she is never in the office and the garbage is just piling up on the roads because she and her workers r to lazy to WORK there was just an incident in the trailer park were a 80 yr old lady was asking her neighbor to please not park in her drive way well instead of her management handling it the cops had to be called to do ... read more

My sister lives here. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking with the many parking lots located throughout the area. Pets are welcome and the parks are great fun. The biggest negative is the condition of some of the roads. They need to be repaved and the potholes filled in. Other than that Woodland Estates gets my seal of approval.
Not Sure – Trailer park is nice except for the side with the worst roads, all bumpy, just rediculous! Need some fixing! The manager, she seems nice, but!!! She doesn't keep her word when she tells you something. She just keeps puffing on her cigs all the time. Will tell you one thing but does another.................Rules are not enforced here at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
