This place doesn't have assigned parking and you never know if you will have a spot to park or have to park walk a ways. The apartments themselves are nice and seem to be good value for the money.. the electric bill here runs higher than I expected. Water & trash is covered. We have personally had a large number of missing (theifs ) happen here. The apartments have a washer and dryer I have a garbage disposal a refrigerator blinds in windows carpet.
