I would give them zero stars if i could. Bought a firelog set for $1800.00. did not work correctly from the get go. after haggling back and forth for 3 months tech finally figured out it was wired wrong from factory. Fixed that issue myself ($300) but it would still cut off after 30 mins of use. Began calling and emailing woodland again. Even though their tech acknowledged it was defective they refused to either replace the logs or refund my money. 25" Stronghold Zero Clearance Lifetime Fireplace Grate DO NOT BUY!!! This item sits too high, preventing proper air flow. We have a wonderful Extrordinaire fireplace and wanted a more durable grate. It’s great quality and expected it to work but it doesn’t. They won’t return because it was used ONCE. How is one supposed to know it doesn’t work if it’s not tried. What a scam. Be careful buying ANYTHING from this company!
What a cool place! If you need ANYTHING related to fire - including outdoor cooking & entertaining - this is your place! Their showroom is BEAUTIFUL and there are so many cool different fire pits, fire pit tables, fireplaces, wood burning stoves, fireplace inserts, hearths, outdoor kitchens, grills, heaters, it's incredible! Their selection is HUGE and their staff is super knowledgeable and helpful!
Bridget is very knowledgeable about all fire products that you want for your home. Highly recommend working with her and she can make your vision a reality!
Purchased a gas log set by Grand Canyon and it fits my space perfectly! Would highly recommend Woodland Direct.
