Work was done very quickly and efficiently. The quality of work and end product was amazing.
Update: We had a few issues with the deck and it is hard to find a company that actually stands by their work and warranty. Woodland did not disappoint. They easily assessed the problems from text pics and within 10 days had a crew on site and fixed the issues. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It is clear why this company has all five star reviews; our experience was no exception. I'm horrible with names. The young man that came out and did our stairs did a fantastic job. I want to say his name was Preston? I do apologize for that. Andy came out to our house and we gave him our ideas. He came up with a plan that we liked and a price. Next step they give the plan to our HOA, and get permit. Construction starts on the day we expected. A county inspector that said he was a carpenter for 40 years said he has never seen such a quality build before. Deck completed exactly as we hoped.
